I contacted Jason after another formatter delayed my project week after week. He was able to get my project done quickly and even made suggestions to improve the end product. Jason responded quickly to my questions and requests, and I couldn’t be happier with the end result. I plan to have Jason do all my formatting in the future and have recommended him to other writers. Working in a different time zone is a great advantage, and I often found completed work waiting for me in the morning. It’s a great arrangement.
